To make finding the Initiatives and Measures you want to start tracking for easier, filters have been added to both areas. This will save time finding the items you want to track.
Impact Assessments enable you to identify options for an Initiative - what changes are being considered. These options can then be compared against each other to understand the differences. What impact on Benefits and Measures is one option expected to cause rather than another? The best option can then be chosen.
Before, all Benefits in a Workspace were included in an Impact Assessment. This was sometimes a lot!
New is a setting that filters out Benefits of no interest to the selected Initiative, reducing the Benefits and Measures included to a more manageable set (when you have a significant number of Benefits!).
Use the cog on the Impact Assessment screen to see the new setting.
The navigation of Tables has improved, ability to have different decimal places on financial ratios than the other values has been added. Additional reported issues have been resolved.
Scorecards enable you to show all the Benefits and their measures and highlight the ones important to a contract or relationship. For example, these are the measures on which data is needed (and when).

Quick graphs - Forecasts added

A standard line graph for tracked measures now shows the Actual, Forecast, Baseline and Target values over time. This can be downloaded or viewed on screen.
On the Edit All screens you can have many columns. These columns can now be managed more powerfully. For example:
  • Move the columns around.
  • Hide or show all or selected columns.
  • Auto-fit column width to fit or do it manually.
  • Easy sort of columns.
The changes are remembered for you so you don't need to repeat the process each time you go to one of these screens.

Visualisation filters enhanced

When filtering the charts/tables to include or exclude certain areas, categories with longer text entries are now supported.
The title of a container/column when downloaded to PDF is no longer truncated, so longer names are now supported.
On Key Relationships, deleting a relationship gives a pop-up box asking for a reason. The Back button on this pop-up no longer causes an error.
